Absolutely fantastic! You won't hear a bad word about Ian. Not only does he do what is required, but he will come out when we need him - regardless of how convenient it is for him at that present time. In addition to this, Ian always goes above and beyond. For example, we had one of those pool holes that wasn't covered over & Ian had confronted me about fixing this as he was concerned our children could stick their hands in etc, and fixed it straight away.
