Do you have FUN inhaling Balloon Gas?

We all think it is funny when someone grabs a balloon and sucks in the Helium to sound like a cartoon character... But did you know, it could be fatal?

Many of us have attended some kind of party, whether it is a birthday party, wedding, or anything worth celebrating and someone at the event inhales the helium from a balloon. But did you know, when inhaling, the balloon gas it displaces air in the lungs in a way similar to water when a person drowns. 

It cuts off your oxygen supply and without oxygen it only takes a few seconds until you become dizzy or unconscious and you can stop breathing. 

So, next time you see a balloon, avoid the temptation of sounding funny - because it could just cost your life!
